Every Safe Home Plan visit includes:

  • 2 Visits a year
  • Panel inspection - written report with each inspection
  • Check lugs on main and subpanels
  • Check circuit breaker connections
  • Check GFCI receptacles – (we will test all gfci outlets to insure that they are working per code and give you options to update the GFCIS throughout your home)
  • Check heating and cooling disconnects
  • Check for electrical bonding of flexible gas lines and CSST connections
  • Light bulb check – (we will change out standard light bulbs that you have on hand, does not include over 10 foot ceilings and more than 2 locations)
  • Annually replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors – (we will check toinsure that all smoke detectors are working properly and replace batteries as needed)
  • HVAC system check
  • Thermostat programming and wire check
  • Air duct check – inspect ducts and hvac system for
    dirt and dust
