To minimize exposure to outside contaminants, all of our electrical service experts will enter your home or business wearing:

ABOVE AND BEYOND
As well as our personal protective equipment, we also carry large quantities of sanitizing lotions, sprays, and disinfectants. Each of our service experts regularly sanitizes their hands. We also sanitize all tools and equipment between jobs. Before we leave your home, we will sanitize and disinfect our work area.
CDC COMPLIANT
Our service experts follow all CDC recommended procedures for social distancing. Our experts will maintain a six-foot distance from all members of the household, even the furry ones. Where possible, we go a step further and will minimize the areas of the home we enter. We can also enter the home through other entrances to avoid common living areas unless our work demands it.
NON-CONTACT
We respect all of the people that we are privileged to work with, and we will express that verbally rather than offering a handshake or fist bump.
All of our payment services are non-contact. Rather than touching any credit cards, we can take payment over the phone from outside the home. If you choose to pay by check or cash, you can place it on a table, and we can collect it from a distance.
TRUE NON-CONTACT CONSULTATIONS
As the first company in the area to offer contact-free virtual consultations, we have continued to evolve our technology and processes, allowing us to make very accurate pricing estimates for jobs of any size. We are currently able to offer:
- EMAIL CONSULTATIONS WITH PICTURES AND SIMPLE QUESTIONNAIRES
- VIDEO CONSULTATIONS USING SKYPE, FACETIME, OR ANDROID VIDEO
- INTEGRATED VIDEO CONSULTATIONS USING PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS FOR A MORE INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE
- VERBAL CONSULTATIONS OVER THE PHONE WITH ACCOMPANYING PICTURES VIA TEXT MESSAGE
If we can plan work and materials before attending your home, we will do so, to ensure that we spend minimum time inside the home.
